SLED charges Anderson County man with lottery fraud

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Vincent Earl Craft, 53, with four counts of Attempting to Influence a Game by Coercion, Tampering with Lottery Tickets.

Craft was arrested on February 9, 2025, for Attempting to Influence a Game by Coercion, Tampering with Lottery Tickets. While being held at the Anderson County Detention Center, he was charged with an additional three counts of Attempting to Influence a Game by Coercion, Tampering with Lottery Tickets on February 28, 2025. The SLED investigation found that all four violations occurred at the same location. The SLED investigation was requested by the South Carolina Education Lottery.

Craft was booked at the Anderson County Detention Center.

This case will be prosecuted by the 10th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
