SLED Charges Anderson County Man with Operating a Gaming House and Operating a Slot, Video, or Gambling Devices

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Eric Peoples, 55, with Operating a Gaming House and Operating a Slot, Video, or Gambling Devices on Monday, October 27, 2025. This is a joint investigation with SLED and the Anderson County Sheriff’s Office.
Details can be found in the attached warrants.
Peoples was booked into the Anderson County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 10th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
