SLED Charges Barnwell County Woman with Financial Fraud

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Jessica Marie Holman, 47, with Financial Transaction Card Theft and Financial Transaction Card Fraud - Value more than $500 in a Six-Month Period on Thursday, February 19, 2026. The South Carolina Office of Inspector General requested the SLED investigation.
Details can be found in the attached warrants.
Holman was booked into the Bamberg County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 2nd Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
