SLED Charges Chester County Man with Ill Treatment of Animals

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Justin Elazer King, 31, with two counts of Ill Treatment of Animals on Friday, December 12, 2025.
Details can be found in the attached warrants.
King was booked into Chester County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 6th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
