SLED Charges Claredon County Woman with Lottery Fraud

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Deeandria Q. Andrews, 38, with two counts of Intent to Defraud, Counterfeit Game Tickets on Friday, November 14, 2025.
The South Carolina Education Lottery requested the SLED investigation.
Details can be found in the attached warrants.
Andrews was booked into the Clarendon County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 3rd Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
