SLED charges Darlington County woman with insurance fraud

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Queen Viola Arthur, 33, with Presenting False Claim for Insurance on Monday, January 6, 2025. The SLED investigation was requested by the South Carolina Department of Insurance.
Details can be found in the attached warrant.
Arthur was booked into the Darlington County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the South Carolina Department of Insurance.
