SLED charges Florence County man with forgery and five counts of obtaining goods under false pretenses

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Robert Michael Boyce, 71, with Forgery and five counts of Obtaining Goods Under False Pretenses on Friday, February 14, 2025. The SLED investigation was requested by 12th Circuit Solicitor Ed Clements.
Details can be found in the attached warrants.
Boyce was booked into the Florence County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 12th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
