The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged William Justin Sims, 37, with Stalking on Thursday, July 31, 2025. The Florence County Sheriff’s Office requested the SLED investigation.
Sims was previously charged with Harassment- 2nd Degree on Monday, September 16, 2024.
Details can be found in the attached warrant.
Sims was booked into the Florence County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 12th Circuit Solicitor’s office.
