The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Brandon Oneil Stewart, 38, with Neglect of a Vulnerable Adult and Malicious Injury to Personal Property on Monday, December 23, 2024.
Details can be found in the attached warrants.
Stewart was booked into the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center in Richland County.
The case will be prosecuted by the 5th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
