The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Darrel President, Sr., 56, with Breach of Trust with Fraudulent Intent, value $10,000 or more on Wednesday, October 16, 2024.
Details can be found in the attached warrant.
The President was booked into the Fairfield County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 6th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
