SLED charges former Lexington County Detention Deputy with Furnishing Contraband and Misconduct in Office

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Yvette Constantino Wiggins, 57, with Furnishing Contraband, and Misconduct in Office on Thursday, August 15, 2024. The SLED investigation was requested by the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department.
Details can be found in the attached warrants.
Wiggins was booked into the Lexington County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office.
