SLED Charges Former Pageland Chamber of Commerce President with Breach of Trust with Fraudulent Intent

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Timothy Dewayne Griffin, 63, with three counts of Breach of Trust with Fraudulent Intent – value $10,000 or more on Thursday, April 24, 2025. The SLED investigation was requested by the Pageland Police Department.

Details can be found in the attached warrants.

Griffin was booked into the Chesterfield County Detention Center.

The case will be prosecuted by the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office.
