The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Harold Dean Pace, III, 39, with two counts of Intent to Defraud, Counterfeit Game Tickets on Saturday, October 4, 2025. The South Carolina Education Lottery requested the SLED investigation.
Details can be found in the attached warrants.
Pace was booked into the Aiken County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 2nd Circuit Solicitor Office.
