SLED Charges Georgia Man with Obtaining Property under False Pretenses and Forgery

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Lorenzo Fabio Constantin, 26, with Obtaining Property Under False Pretenses - Value $10,000 or More and Forgery - Value $10,000 or More on Thursday, January 8, 2026. The Town of Lexington Police Department requested the SLED investigation.
Details can be found in the attached warrants.
Constantin was booked into the Lexington County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 11th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
