SLED Charges Greenville County Woman with Insurance Fraud

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Kashina Marshe Sullivan, 37, with Presenting a False Claim for Insurance Payment - Value More Than $2,000 but Less Than $10,000, Financial Identity Fraud, and Insurance Misrepresentation - $50,000 or More - 1st Offense on Monday, August 25, 2025. The South Carolina Department of Insurance requested the SLED investigation.
Details can be found in the attached warrants.
Sullivan was booked into the Greenville County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the South Carolina Department of Insurance.
