SLED Charges Greenwood County Woman with Lottery Fraud

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Kelly Elizabeth Erskine, 44, with three counts of Intent to Defraud, Counterfeit Game Tickets on Monday, March 9, 2026. The South Carolina Education Lottery requested the SLED investigation.
Details can be found in the attached warrants.
Erskine was booked into the Greenwood County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 8th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
