SLED Charges Inmate with Four Counts of Threatening the Life of a Public Official

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Robert Wilson Voorhees, 48, with four counts of Threatening the Life of a Public Official on Monday, June 23, 2025.
The Greenville County Detention Center requested the SLED investigation.
Details can be found in the attached warrants.
Voorhees remains in the Greenville County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 13th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
