SLED Charges Laurens County Man with Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Na’Quone Daysean Smith, 30, with Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor – 3rd Degree on Thursday, September 24, 2026.
The Laurens Police Department requested the SLED investigation.
Details can be found in the attached warrant.
Smith was booked into the Laurens County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 8th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
