Agents with the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Jamie Jammaine Baker, 49, on Friday, January 19, 2024, with Unlawful Sale of Alcohol – 1st offense, Unlawful Storage or Possession of Alcohol in a Place of Business – 1st offense, and Failure to Secure Required Beer or Wine Sale Permit.
