SLED Charges Richland County Man with Sex Crimes Involving a Minor

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Joshua Brandon Pressley, 30, with Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor and Trafficking in Persons - Victim Under 18 Years of Age - 1st Offense on Monday, July 7, 2025. Pressley was previously charged with Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor - Victim Under 16 Years of Age - 2nd Offense on Tuesday, May 13, 2025. The Department of Juvenile Justice requested the SLED investigation.
Details can be found in the attached warrants.
Pressley was booked into the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center in Richland County.
The case will be prosecuted by the 5th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
