SLED Charges Spartanburg County Man with Two Counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Joshua Alexander De Leon, 31, with two counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor – 3rd Degree on Thursday, September 24, 2026. The Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office requested the SLED investigation.
Details can be found in the attached warrants.
De Leon was booked into the into the Spartanburg County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office.
