SLED Charges Spartanburg County Woman with Human Trafficking

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Brooke Elizabeth-Louise Foster, 32, with five counts of Trafficking in Persons - Victim Under 18 Years of Age - 1st Offense on Monday, June 23, 2025. The Greenville Police Department requested the SLED investigation.
Details can be found in the attached warrants.
Foster was booked into the Greenville County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 13th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
