SLED Charges Spartanburg County Woman with Insurance Fraud and Forgery

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Erin Shaquaile Robbs Kilgore, 31, with Presenting a False Claim for Insurance Payment – Value $10,000 or More, two counts of Forgery – Value less Than $10,000 and Forgery – No Dollar Amount Involved on Monday, May 4, 2026.  The South Carolina Department of Insurance requested the SLED investigation.

Details can be found in the attached warrants. 

Kilgore was booked into the Spartanburg County Detention Center.

The case will be prosecuted by the South Carolina Department of Insurance.
