SLED charges three former Chesterfield County deputies with misconduct in office, criminal conspiracy, and aggravated breach of peace

Agents with the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Justin Tyler Reichard, 28, Darien Myles Roseau, 25, and Killian Daniel Loflin, 26, with Misconduct in Office, Criminal Conspiracy, and Aggravated Breach of Peace on Monday, February 12, 2024. SLED was requested to investigate by the Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office.
Details can be found in the attached warrants. Reichard, Roseau, and Loflin were booked at the Chesterfield County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 12th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
