SLED Charges Williamsburg County Woman with Exploitation of a Vulnerable Adult

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Delauncy Denine Barr, 56, with Exploitation of a Vulnerable Adult on Tuesday, October 6, 2026. The Williamsburg County Sheriff’s Office requested the SLED investigation.
Details can be found in the attached warrant.
Barr was booked into the Williamsburg County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 3rd Circuit Solicitors Office.
