SLED Employees Donate to Animals in Need

Boxes and bags of dog and cat food, along with necessary supplies, were donated by SLED employees throughout the month of December to support animal shelters across the state during the holiday season.  Along with the donations from SLED employees, a community partner, who assists the Dogfighting Unit, donated additional food and supplies.

 

SLED’s Office of Human Resources organized the event and members of SLED’s Community Relations team, including SLED Special Agent Eric Rosdail and Major Douglas Mazyck delivered the holiday cheer to animals in South Carolina. 

 

The donations were delivered to the Animal Protection League, Orangeburg County SPCA,  Florence County Humane Society, Final Victory Animal Rescue, Newberry Animal Shelter, and the City of Columbia Animal Services.
