SLED's Special Guest Becomes Honorary Agent

SLED welcomed South Carolina Lieutenant Governor Pamela Evette and her guest Devarjaye "DJ" Daniel, 13, with his father, Theodis, to tour Headquarters, Tactical Operations, as well as the Forensic Services Lab yesterday where DJ was sworn in as an honorary Agent.

 

After learning about DJ’s cancer journey and his love for law enforcement, Lt. Gov. Evette reached out to Chief Mark Keel to coordinate the visit.
