SELD charges former police officer with indecent exposure

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Cornelius Jacques Barr, 43, with Indecent Exposure on Wednesday, February 5, 2025. The SLED investigation was requested by the Dillon Police Department.
Details can be found in the attached warrant.
Barr was booked into the Dillon County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 4th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
