SLED charges 13 people in Horry County with gambling, one man with intent to distribute fentanyl and cocaine

Agents with the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Justin James Brown, 36, and Nicholas J. Marsico, 45, on Thursday, January 11, 2024, with Gambling. Mathew Jason Gough, 37, was charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute Fentanyl and Possession with Intent to Distribute Cocaine. SLED was assisted by the Horry County Police Department and the Horry County Sheriff's Office.

Brown, Marsico, and Gough were booked at the J. Ruben Long Detention Center
Eleven individuals were charged on Thursday, January 11, 2024, with misdemeanors for Gambling:
