SLED Charges Anderson County Woman with Accepting a Bribe

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Lorraine Ashley Howard, 43, with Bribery/Accepting Money to Conceal an Offense Involving a Misdemeanor on Monday, June 9, 2025. The 13th Circuit Solicitor’s Office requested the SLED investigation.
Details can be found in the attached warrant.
Howard was booked into the Greenville County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 13th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
