SLED Charges Berkeley County Woman with Lottery Fraud

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Victoria Grace Barnes, 23, with two counts of Intent to Defraud, Counterfeit Game Tickets along with Breach of Trust with Fraudulent Intent - Value More Than $2,000 but Less Than $10,000 on Monday, March 23, 2026. The South Carolina Education Lottery requested the SLED investigation.
Details can be found in the attached warrants.
Barnes was booked into the Dorchester County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 1st Circuit Solicitor’s Office
