The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Jose Ramon Perna-Perez, 23, and Yoel Manuel Ruiz-Banos, 25, each with 2 counts of Forgery on Wednesday, December 4, 2024.

Perna-Perez and Ruiz-Banos were booked into the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center in Richland County.
The case will be prosecuted by the 5th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
