SLED Charges Former Convenience Store Employee with Lottery Fraud

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Keyla Yomara Delgado, 18, with Intent to Defraud, Counterfeit Game Tickets on Friday, May 23, 2025. The South Carolina Education Lottery requested that SLED investigate.
Details can be found in the attached warrant.
Delgado was booked into the Greenwood Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 8th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
