SLED charges former Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office Investigator with Assault & Battery 1st Degree

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Everest Henry Carrison II, 40, with Assault & Battery 1st degree on Tuesday, June 4, 2024. SLED was requested by Georgetown County Sheriff Carter Weaver on Monday, February 5, 2024, to investigate allegations of criminal sexual conduct involving off-duty personnel.
Details can be found in the attached warrant.
Carrison was booked into the Horry County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office.
