SLED charges former Midlands Regional Center employee with abuse of a vulnerable adult

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Doris Williams Nash, 63, with Abuse of a Vulnerable Adult on Thursday, March 6, 2025. The SLED investigation was requested by the South Carolina Department of Disability and Special Needs.
Details can be found in the attached warrant.
Nash was booked into the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 5th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
