SLED Charges Former Midlands Regional Center Employee with Abuse of a Vulnerable Adult

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Kaitlyn McKenzie Davis, 22, with Abuse of a Vulnerable Adult on Thursday, December 4, 2025. The Midlands Regional Center requested the SLED investigation.
Details can be found in the attached warrant.
Davis was booked into the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center in Richland County.
The case will be prosecuted by the 5th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
