SLED Charges Georgia Woman with Lottery Fraud

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Khalia Michelle Baylor, 28, with three counts of Attempting to Influence a Game by Coercion, Tampering, and/or Deception on Wednesday, June 3, 2026. The South Carolina Education Lottery requested the SLED investigation. 

Details can be found in the attached warrants.

Baylor was booked into the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center in Richland County. 

The case will be prosecuted by the 5th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
