SLED charges Greenville County man with financial identity fraud

Agents with the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Joel Zacharias Bowen, 30, with Financial Identity Fraud on February 2, 2024. SLED was requested by the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles (SC DMV).
Details can be found in the attached warrants.
Bowen was booked at the Greenville County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 13th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
