SLED Charges Greenville County Woman with Possession and Sale of Alcohol Liquors without a Permit

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Ebony Patrice Clayborne, 51, with Unlawful Storage or Possession of Alcoholic Liquors in Place of Business – 1st Offense, Unlawful Sale of Alcoholic Liquors – 1st Offense, and Failure to Secure Required Beer or Wine Sale Permit on Friday, April 11, 2025. The Easley Police Department and the Pickens County Sheriff’s Office assisted in the SLED investigation.
Details can be found in the attached warrants.
Clayborne was booked in the Pickens County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 13th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
