SLED charges Irmo Mayor Pro Tem with criminal sexual conduct with a minor a second degree, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and luring a child

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Erik Kenneth Sickinger, 42, with three counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor - Second Degree, three counts of Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor, and Luring a Child Under 16 years of age on Tuesday, March 4, 2025. The SLED investigation was requested by the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department.
Details can be found in the attached warrants.
Sickinger was booked into the Lexington County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office.
SLED’s investigation is active and ongoing.
