SLED Charges North Carolina Man with Lottery Fraud

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Marvin Naquan Mann, Jr., 33, with Intent to Defraud, Counterfeit Game Tickets on Thursday, August 7, 2025. The South Carolina Education Lottery requested the SLED investigation.
Details can be found in the attached warrant.
Mann Jr. was booked into the York County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 16th Circuit Court Solicitor’s Office.
