SLED Charges Spartanburg County Man with Lottery Fraud

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Luke Michael Nickles, 20, with Intent to Defraud, Counterfeit Game Tickets on Wednesday, September 3, 2025. The South Carolina Education Lottery requested the SLED investigation.
Details can be found in the attached warrant.
Nickles was booked into the Spartanburg County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 7th Circuit Solicitor's Office.
