SLED Charges Two Greenville County Men with Human Trafficking

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Kamal Surinder Desor, 46, with Trafficking in Persons - Victim Under 18 Years of Age - 1st Offense on Monday, November 24, 2025. As part of this investigation, SLED also charged Detrick Lamar Stenhouse, 45, with Trafficking in Persons - Victim Under 18 Years of Age - 1st Offense back on October 20, 2025. At the time of Stenhouse’s arrest, he was serving a sentence on an unrelated charge in the South Carolina Department of Corrections. The Greenville Police Department requested the SLED investigation.

Details on both Desor and Stenhouse can be found in the attached warrants.

Desor was booked into the Greenville County Detention Center. Stenhouse remains in the South Carolina Department of Corrections.

The case will be prosecuted by the 13th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.

The arrests of Desor and Stenhouse are in connection with SLED’s June 23, 2025, arrest of Brooke Elizabeth-Louise Foster, 32. She was charged with five counts of Trafficking in Persons - Victim Under 18 Years of Age - 1st Offense.
