SLED Charges Union County Man with Criminal Solicitation of a Minor and Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor, 3rd Degree

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Nicholas Bryan Turner, 29, with Criminal Solicitation of a Minor and Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor, 3rd Degree on Thursday, October 23, 2025. The SLED investigation was requested by the Union County Sheriff’s Office.
Details can be found in the attached warrants.
Turner was booked into the Union County Detention Center.
The case will be prosecuted by the 16th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
